Jeddah Central Project
Developer: Jeddah Central Development Company
Architectural concept
A waterfront city-scale plan that reorganises a stretch of the Red Sea coast around open public space, cultural and sporting anchors, and a walkable relationship to the water.
Residential offering
Residential districts form part of the wider programme. Unit details and delivery sequencing are published by the developer and should be confirmed there.
Amenities
The plan centres on public beaches, promenades, cultural venues and sporting facilities, with the amenity of the project located largely in its shared public realm.
Editorial observations
This is city-building rather than a residential product launch, and it should be read that way. Its effect on Jeddah's luxury market is likely to arrive over a long period and through the quality of the public realm.
